Team Stay Fit at Hyatt in the Colorado Bike MS

Denver, CO  (Jan., 2017) — Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center was the only hotel in the state of Colorado to receive the 2016 Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association Community Service Award.  The prestigious recognition is based on overall community involvement and commitment on the part of staff members by engaging in work that supports many worthy causes consistently throughout the year.

As the momentum continues, working with Grand Hyatt Denver, Hyatt Hotels in Denver Downtown are already hard at work organizing Team Stay Fit at Hyatt for the 2017 Colorado Bike MS Ride June 24-25 to benefit National MS Society.  The two-day trek starts in Westminster, taking riders through rolling hills, quaint towns and backroads before making a stop for the night in Fort Collins and returning to Denver the next day.  Fifty riders strong, this is the 16th year a group of as many as 200 Hyatt associates, their friends and family, have come together to support the cause.  The 2017 funds raised caps off a combined total of well over $1 million raised by the team for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.  Those wishing to join the Hyatt team or sponsor a rider may do so by visiting http://bit.ly/HyattMS.

Hyatt Regency Denver’s commitment to the community does not end with charitable works.  The environmentally conscious hotel is diligent about sustainability and is the recipient of the Green Seal Certification as well.
